Upcoming improvements to our platform!

We're excited to share some upcoming improvements to our lost-and-found platform! While all your favorite features will still be available, we're updating the repository to make it easier to navigate and adding new training so team members can get up and running in less time!

 

What's new?

We're refreshing the website, but everything you love will still be right where you left it—with just a few tweaks. Check out our video or click the slides below to see what's new!

1. Updated buttons

  • The Find item and Add item buttons will be located at the top right of the repository.
  • The Move item(s) button will be on the bottom left.
  • Selecting an item (or items) activates the Move item(s) button, which lets you move it to the 'Picked Up' or 'Removed' folder.
  • The Actions button will display a task menu that will change depending on the page you are working on.

2. Streamlined tabs

  • The 'Action Required' tab will be replaced with two new tabs: 'To Review' and 'To Email'.
  • Guests' lost item inquiries waiting for review will be in the 'To Review' folder.
  • If an item has been found but the guest hasn't been notified, it will be in the 'To Email' folder. (As always, you may need to update the item record before clicking Email/Text to send the confirmation and link to make shipping arrangements.)
  • Shipping labels ready to print will be in the 'To Print' folder.

1. The 'Action Required' tab will be replaced with two new tabs: 'To Review' and 'To Email'.

  • Once the new website is launched, go to 'Resources' and click 'Training' to access the training.
  • You'll discover a growing gallery of topics designed to help team members get up and running in less time.
